Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
Happy Holidays from all of us at MET Laboratories. It has been a successful year for MET and we thank you and your colleagues for your cooperation and business.
Over the course of this year, we’ve expanded to include new team members and additions to upper management. We also added a range of new equipment, capabilities, and facilities to continue providing you with the best and most responsive service possible for your compliance needs. As a trusted partner to the world’s leading retailers, manufacturers and distributors, we remain committed to working closely with the global marketplace, authorities, standards committees, and customers to provide exemplary compliance solutions for growing complexities in product compliance worldwide. MET will continue to find innovative and economically viable solutions to better serve the global marketplace in 2018.
As 2017 comes to a close, the holiday season offers a constant reminder to prioritize safety during winter travels, holiday activities, and purchase selection. Several well-publicized incidents continue to raise concerns for both home appliance safety and, more recently, air travel. In this edition, we’ll explore growing safety concerns on topics including carrying lithium-ion battery-powered devices on airlines, safely traveling or transporting electronic devices during the holiday season, critical holiday home safety tips with recommendations from the NFPA & CPSC, training opportunities, and what’s new in MET.
MET wishes you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
